Sports and exercise can be a great way to channel our competitive spirit and can provide a sense of accomplishment in mastering new skills and techniques.

Physical activity or exercise promotes a positive body image and helps individual's embrace their bodies, celebrating what their bodies are capable of achieving. This can help alleviate concerns related to physical appearance, leading to a more positive self-image and a boost in self-esteem.
